Miss Sands has been impressed by the efforts the children have made to cut down on waste in their food packaging.
Every item of food that is nude (doesn't have wrapping to go in the bin) has resulted in a chance for your child to win a really cool lunchbox.
Just a simple look in the garbage bins at the end of lunchtimes has shown that waste is down by almost half. This is a great thing for the environment because it reduces landfill, cuts down on production energy, and means less material likely to cause harm to our wildlife.
